Collectors Club enrollment is available any time online, by phone, or in the Tasting Gallery in Downtown Paso Robles.

Release Schedule

Tasting Gallery enrollment may receive wines upon enrollment. Artist signed labels may require separate shipment via UPS.

Shipping Policy

Compliance & Adult Signature: All wine shipments are sent via UPS in compliance with federal and state laws. Adult Signature Required (21+) is mandatory for delivery and pickup. A valid government-issued ID must be presented.

Carrier & Delivery Method: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or applicable temperature-controlled service when available. UPS will not leave wine shipments unattended or without a signature.

Delivery Attempts & Access Point Routing: If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, UPS may redirect the shipment to a nearby UPS Access Point location for secure hold and pickup. Not all Access Point locations are eligible to accept alcohol shipments; routing is determined by UPS based on local availability and compliance.

If a shipment is redirected:

  • The recipient will be notified by UPS
  • The package will be held for a limited time (typically up to 7 days)
  • Adult (21+) with valid ID is required for pickup

If no eligible Access Point is available, UPS may make additional delivery attempts or return the shipment in accordance with their procedures.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Ensuring an adult (21+) is available to receive or pick up the shipment
  • Monitoring tracking information and coordinating with UPS as needed

We recommend shipping to a business address or a location where an adult is available during delivery hours.

Undeliverable Shipments: Shipments that are not delivered or not picked up from an Access Point—including due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, incorrect address, or failure to retrieve within the hold period—will be returned to the winery where permitted by law.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Reshipping fees
  • Any applicable restocking fees

The winery is not responsible for damage, spoilage, or loss resulting from unsuccessful delivery attempts, delays, or failure to retrieve shipments.

Weather & Shipping Holds: To protect wine quality, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold. Customers may request shipment hold dates at checkout or by contacting us.

Title & Risk of Loss: Title to, and risk of loss for, all wine passes to the purchaser at the time the shipment is tendered to the carrier. By placing an order, the customer authorizes the winery to arrange for shipment on their behalf.

Agreement to Terms: By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping terms and conditions.
